Tips & Payments:
 

• All tips made through Busker Coins are voluntary.

• Tips are generally non-refundable, as they are intended as direct support for musicians.

• Once a payment is completed, funds are transferred through Stripe to the musician’s connected account.

Busker Coins does not hold or control tip funds and cannot reverse completed transactions, except where required by law.

• Busker Coins does not store credit card or banking details.

• Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are subject to Stripe’s policies and processes.

 

If a refund is legally required or approved, it will be processed through Stripe using the original payment method.
